RALEIGH, NC – April 04, 2016 – TopQuadrant™, a leading Enterprise Information Management company, today announced that CEO Irene Polikoff will speak at the 16th DIA Conference on European Electronic Document Management in May. This event is the only conference focused on Electronic Content Management that brings together both regulatory agencies and industry to discuss the shift away from paper documentation. The conference will be held May 23rd and 24th in the Netherlands.

Polikoff will present her keynote on the conference agenda Stop Paper Thinking! at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, May 24th. She will talk about the Linked Data movement, with the focus of opening up data in documents and in proprietary databases. She will address how and where Linked Data is being created and used today, what new capabilities and benefits it brings, and how audience members can prepare for and participate in this movement.

Irene Polikoff has more than two decades of experience in software development, management, consulting and strategic planning. Since co-founding TopQuadrant in 2001 Irene has been involved in more than a dozen projects in government and commercial sectors. She leads the company’s strategy as a software vendor with solutions based on linked data technologies, and is also responsible for daily operations. Before starting TopQuadrant Irene was a Principal in the national Knowledge, Content Management and Portals Practice in IBM Global Services. Prior to that she was a Senior Development Manager and a Project Executive for IBM worldwide consultant’s tools and methods and held multiple IT management positions at Fortune 500 companies. She is co-author of Capability Cases: Solution Envisioning Approach, a book on software requirements and architecture.
