This is a minor maintenance release that fixes a small number of bugs that have been critical to some users, including a bug fix with race conditions in TopBraid Live, problems with the TBE graph component and the installation issue with the Pellet plug-in.

Since this update is not critical for most users, we have decided to make this a light-weight update only: This update is only available from the Eclipse update site, i.e. there are no downloadable installers for Windows or Mac. For those customers inside of secure networks we provide an archive of the 3.1.1 update site which can be distributed among team members. Unzip this file and then add the unzipped folder as a local update site in the Eclipse (Help > Software Updates > Available Software > Add Site > Local...). TopBraid Live customers should contact TopQuadrant for upgrade details.
