Aduna Cluster Map Plug-in

Contributed by the team of Parsa Mirhaji, MD, at the Center for Biosecurity and Public Health Informatics Research at the University of Texas at Houston. Based on the Aduna Cluster Map visualization library. License: Open Software License, version 3.0.

This free TopBraid Composer plug-in can be used to visualize sets of classified objects. Its main purpose is to show if and how these sets overlap, very similar in nature to Venn diagrams and Euler diagrams.

Installation:

1. Download the Cluster Map plug-in
2. Copy this jar file into the plugins folder of your TopBraid Composer installation
3. Restart TopBraid

Instructions:

Open a file and then go to Window > Show View > Other > TopBraid > Cluster Map to open the Cluster Map view. Then select the class(es) that you want to visualize and press the Add Resource button at the bottom of the Cluster Map view.

Owl2Java - A Java Code Generator for OWL

Contributed by Michael Zimmermann. Based on the Jena semantic web framework owl2java is a code generator to work with OWL ontologies. Ontologies are accessed natively via java classes, methods and attributes. A native interface for the object oriented database db4o with support for transparent persistence can be generated from the internal meta model. Where possible, the implementation adheres to the OWL DL standard and also offers some support for constructs that normally require a reasoner. Downloadable as a TopBraid Composer plugin. XsdImport - Convert XSD Schemas to OWL

Contributed by Michael Zimmermann, XsdImport is a plugin for TopBraid Composer to convert XSD Schemas to OWL. The main difference to the XSD importer bundled with TBC is that this plugin has a flexible prefix mapping as well as a flexible system for handling imports for XSD Schemas consisting of multiple files.
